If you are dissatisfied with your products or the products turn out to be defective, you have two options: you can return your products and receive a new product in exchange, or you can choose to return the amount of your order. You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not a carrier, physically received the goods.
How does the return policy work?
You may inform us in writing or by email of your withdrawal from the contract. To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send your cancellation notice before the cancellation period expires.
Contact our customer service department via email at kontakt@awaaudio.eu and include your name and order number in the email. The order number can be found in the confirmation email.
You will receive return instructions via email. The cost of returning your order is your responsibility. Return shipments can be sent to the following address provided in the email.
Upon receipt and inspection of the products, we will refund the purchase amount or send new products. Once we receive the returned products, we will take action within four business days.

The product is unused and is in its original condition.
The original packaging is undamaged
If you do not meet these requirements, your return may be rejected. In this case, we advise you to contact our customer service department.
Cables sold by the meter, cut from the spool, are not eligible for returns.
Consequences of returning an order
In the event of cancellation, you will receive a refund from us of all payments made up to that point, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your selection of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), in any case no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to cancel the contract. If you return only a part of your order, delivery costs will not be refunded. We will refund your payment using the same payment method you used to pay for your order, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged for the return. If we receive your order, we will check the products first. You must return or transfer the goods within 14 days, but in no case later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your decision to cancel the contract.
