Terms and conditions for the Awa audios webshop
PARTIES TO THE TRANSACTION
1 The party making purchases in the Awa audio online store is hereinafter referred to as the buyer.
2. The party making the sale of the products included in the offer of the Awa audio Internet Shop is the owner of the shop - the company Awa audio.
SUBJECTS OF TRANSACTIONS
(1) The subjects of transactions are the products listed in the offer of the Awa audio Internet Store, presented on the pages of Awa audio at the time of placing an order.
(2) The prices of all products are expressed in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include VAT.
3. All products are brand new unless otherwise stated.
PLACING AN ORDER
An order can be placed by an adult or a business. Orders are placed by:
- filling out the form on the product page,
- sending an email to the address on the Awa audio shop,
- contacting us by phone during the shop's opening hours.
Changing and canceling orders
The buyer can change his order until the time of shipment.
PROCESSING OF ORDERS
(1) Placing an order with a payment obligation is tantamount to the conclusion of a purchase contract.
(2) An order may be canceled in the absence of payment or contact with the buyer.
FORMS OF PAYMENT
(1) Payment for the goods can be made in cash on delivery, transfer to an account or through fast payment systems.
2. Once payment is received in Awa audios account, the goods will be sent to the buyer.
DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
1. Delivery is made within Denmark and other countries after confirmation of transportation costs.
2. The delivery time is usually 1-5 working days.
WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods, except for cables sold per meter cut from the coil, which are excluded from return.
COMPLAINTS
Complaints can be made by e-mail or post. The seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days.
FINAL PROVISIONS
In matters not regulated by these terms and conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code apply.
Rules for the “Rent to test” option in the Awa audio shop
RULES FOR LENDING
(1) The customer can rent ready-made audio cables for testing.
(2. A rental fee of 150-300 SEK is charged.
3. Lending is possible for a period of 5 working days.
RETURN OF BORROWED EQUIPMENT
1. at the end of the test period, the customer must return the equipment in undamaged condition.
2. in the event of damage to the equipment, the customer must bear the cost of repair or replacement with new equipment.
